Human Resource Director Staff Development Business Manager
The El Dorado Correctional Facility Human Resource Department operates with five staff members. This department is responsible for coordinating correction officer applicants testing and interviewing; coordinating recruitment efforts; scheduling and organizing the promotional board process; maintains and organizes position descriptions and organizational charts; administers the payroll; provides oversight of employee benefits and retirement plans for staff; processes workers compensation cases; coordinates and conducts EEO investigations; organizes the employee recognition process; and processes and monitors employee evaluations. The department is committed to supporting and assisting 427 full-time employees and 149 contract employees at the facility.
