The phones are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each phone call has a time limit of 60 minutes. Inmates may call as often as they wish. 

Remember that call controls are in place. Calls may be recorded and may be subject to monitoring. Chain dialing, 3-way calling, call forwarding, and/or dialing extra digits are not permitted.

In order for cell phones to receive calls, a pre-paid account must be in place.
