Drew Edward Wade, one of four inmates who escaped from the Ottawa County Jail early Wednesday, has been apprehended in North Platte, Nebraska. Two inmates remain at large.

Drew Wade was apprehended Wednesday evening following an escape from the Ottawa County Jail. Two inmates remain at large.

At approximately 5:30 p.m., Drew Edward Wade, one of four inmates who escaped from the Ottawa County Jail at approximately 5 a.m., Wednesday, was taken into custody in North Platte, Nebraska.

Additional details on the apprehension are pending.

Two inmates, Santos Carrera-Morales and Eric James, remain at large.

All escapees are considered armed and dangerous.  If anyone has information pertaining to the whereabouts of Santos Carrera-Morales, and/or Eric James, please call 911, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-572-7463 or Ellsworth Correctional Facility at 785-472-5501.
