Wipe Out the Violence

The Kansas Department of Corrections participated in a fundraising event during Crime Victims' Rights week, donating paper products to domestic violence and sexual assault centers statewide in an effort to assist our partners who provide services and support to crime victims in the community.
The Office of Victim Services coordinated efforts throughout the Kansas Department of Corrections to recognize the needs of our community partners who provide shelter, advocacy and support services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault statewide. Administration, prison staff and parole services each participated in the fundraising efforts, donating much needed paper products for our community partners.
