Wichita State University Photo Exhibit Captures "Juvenile In Justice"

Wichita State University's Ulrich Museum is hosting an exhibit that casts a spotlight on juvenile detention through the images taken by photographer Richard Ross. The exhibit documents the placement and treatment of American juveniles - including those in Kansas - in juvenile detention facilities. The exhibit is on view until April 13.

Bethel Students Cross Cultures by Going into Prison

Students from Bethel College in Newton have collaborated with inmates from Hutchinson Correctional Facility on a theater production based on previously published monologues and dialogues combined with journal entries from the project's participants. The production, first presented at the facility with inmates, will be followed by a student-only version at the college in February.
