- Topeka Correctional Facility (TCF) will hold its annual plant sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday, May 9, through Saturday, May 14, on the grounds of the correctional facility located at 815 S.E. Rice Rd., Topeka. Proceeds from the sale benefit TCF inmate self-help groups such as Pooches and Pals, the Running Free Running Club, the African American Culture Group and Reaching Out From Within.
