KDOC Tabs Leiker as Head of Larned Juvenile Facility

After serving as Acting Superintendent of the Larned Juvenile Correctional Facility (LJCF) for the past six months, Wendy Leiker has been selected to fill that role permanently, the Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC) announced on September 19.
