Brothers In Blue Reentry Program raises $145K

Brothers In Blue Reentry program at Lansing Correctional Facility held it's annual fundraising gala and raised a record $145K for the faith-based reentry program. BIBR continues to welcome donations, volunteers, mentors, and prayers.

Brothers In Blue Reentry (BIBR) is a faith-based reentry program based out of Lansing Correctional Facility. BIBR uses evidence-based curriculum and counseling along with volunteer mentors who support the men before and after they are released from prison. BIBR serves more than 300 men and women, the men at LCF and the women at Topeka Correctional Facility. Since 2015, the recidivism rate for graduates is 2%. The program held it's annual fundraising gala October 11th and raised more than $145-thousand dollars. BIBR continues to welcome donations, volunteers, mentors, and prayers.
