After January 1, 2011, all money transfers to inmates must be done electronically.
The Department of Corrections contracts with JPAY and Keefe for this purpose. Information will be posted at a later date regarding fees for these vendors for making electronic transfers and setting forth instructions for utilizing each vendor.
