KDOC Employment
The KDOC employs more than 3,000 Kansans at eight correctional facilities, including four satellite institutions, 20 parole offices and the KDOC’s Central Office in Topeka.
Honesty, Professionalism, integrity, Personal Responsibility, Respect and Non-Discrimination are the values that are embedded in every decision we make and in every action we take.
The KDOC needs dedicated and resourceful men and women who want to join us as we strive toward our vision of a safer Kansas. While correctional officer and parole officer positions compose more than half of the KDOC’s workforce, employment opportunities are also available in many other professional and technical areas.
