Kansas Secretary of Corrections Jeff Zmuda announces the selection of Chandler Cheeks as the new warden at Lansing Correctional Facility (LCF), Lansing, Kansas. Cheeks will begin his new role as warden April 17, 2022.

A new Adult Intensive Reentry (AIR) program at El Dorado and Lansing correctional facilities for residents in restrictive housing is up and running, thanks to a federal grant received in late 2020 and approval of the plan earlier this year by the U.S. Department of Justice.
