Biography: Joel Hrabe
Warden Joel Hrabe
Joel Hrabe was appointed warden of Norton Correctional Facility (NCF) in December 2017.
Since 2004, Hrabe had been serving as a deputy warden at NCF. Hrabe began his career at NCF in 1992 when he joined the staff as a corrections counselor. Prior to joining the Department of Corrections, Hrabe had served in law enforcement.
Hrabe earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Kansas State University.
