Community Programs for Juvenile Justice Grant
In FY2024 the Kansas Department of Corrections announced the release of a grant application to help support communities in providing services to youth. The target population for the grant focuses on juveniles that are at-risk for criminal behavior, juvenile offenders and their families, juveniles experiencing behavioral health crisis and their families and children who have been administered a risk and needs assessment and have been identified as needing services pursuant to K.S.A. 38-2282 (Youth identified as CINC - Child In Need of Care).
