Santos M. Carrera-Morales was captured in Russell, Kan., late Thursday night. One escapee remains at large.

Santos M. Carrera-Morales, one of four inmates who escaped from the Ottawa County Jail iwas taken into custody in Russell, Kan., at 11:38 p.m., Thursday.
Eric James is the only inmate from the early Wednesday morning escape who remains at large.
Additional details regarding the apprehension.are pending.
All escapees are considered armed and dangerous. If anyone has information pertaining to the whereabouts of Eric James, please call 911, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-572-7463 or Ellsworth Correctional Facility at 785-472-5501.
