- Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC) Secretary Jeff Zmuda announced today that one resident at Wichita Work Release Facility (WWRF) tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday, April 12. This is the second KDOC facility with a confirmed case, with the first cases reported at the Lansing Correctional Facility.
