UPDATE: In a continued effort to be more accessible to the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, the March 2021 public comment sessions will be conducted using a Zoom Webinar platform. Sessions will be offered on March 10th and March 24th, 2021. Please be advised that the Prisoner Review Board will not be hosting in-person sessions at specific venues during the month of March. Those interested in attending or submitting correspondence to the Board may do so by registering and joining the scheduled Zoom Webinar and/or by mailing written comments to the PRB address included in the information below. Please utilize the Public Comment Forms in support or opposition in regard to offenders included on the April docket. Please mail to the address provided below by no later than Friday, March 26th 2021. E-mail correspondence may be directed to KDOC_PRB_Public_Comment@ks.gov *Additional details will be coming soon. Please continue to watch this website for updates to include the Zoom link and instructions on registering for an upcoming session.

Please be advised that the Prisoner Review does not hold Public Comment Sessions during the months of April, July and December on an annual basis. Offenders scheduled to have public comments heard during this time will be included in the prior month's public comment sessions.
